Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to eligible serviceable locations only. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses.
Any order returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared via email, SMS, or other available communication channels.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking details.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to our facility.
Re-shipping charges may apply for returned shipments.
Proof of Delivery
Orders marked as delivered by the courier partner will be considered successfully delivered. Any claims regarding non-receipt of delivered orders must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
We reserve the right to rely on courier delivery records, GPS confirmation, delivery photographs, OTP verification, or recipient signatures as proof of successful delivery.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery.
If a package appears damaged, tampered with, opened, or resealed, customers should refuse delivery and immediately contact our support team with photographs of the package.
Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for review.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, we reserve the right to:

Lost Shipments
